Bill and his wife Pam live in Monument, Colorado where they raised their five wonderful children: Lauren, graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and University of Colorado at Anschutz, Lindsay a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, Erika a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado and graduate student at University of Washington in Seattle, Natalie a graduate of Colorado State University and grad student at University of Colorado at Anschutz, and Luke who recently earned his Inspector certificate and is working construction. The family enjoys a multitude of sports and activities including camping, hiking, and skiing/snowboarding.

Bill earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 1983. He also enjoyed playing Rugby there all 4 years and captained the club in his senior year. He has received advanced training in real estate becoming a Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), and GRI, and he is constantly expanding his education.

Pam has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Iowa and worked as a Pediatric Nurse for a number of years. She started her own business, Pamela’s Palette, and ran a successful faux painting/staging business in the Colorado Springs and Tri-Lakes communities. Pam received her Real Estate license and worked as a buyer’s agent for Bill giving her extensive knowledge of contracts and the process as a whole.
